This policy explains how Artwerks LLC (“Artwerks,” “we,” “us”) handles information across artwerks.ai and the Artwerks client portal and billing pages (together, the “Services”). We keep this short and in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you send us — when you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, project type, and message.
• Client portal information — if you are a client, the portal stores your account details, the records of your engagement (proposals, projects, invoices), and billing information needed to process payments.
• Basic technical data — like any website, our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Cookieless analytics — we use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics that do not use tracking cookies and do not build a profile of you.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver and operate the Services you engage us for, process billing, keep the Services secure, and improve how the site performs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us run the Services.

Service providers

• Hosting & analytics — our site and cookieless analytics run on Vercel.
• Email delivery — contact-form notifications are delivered via Resend.
• Client portal & payments — portal data is stored with our infrastructure providers, and payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Artwerks does not store full card numbers.

Cookies & analytics

By default we use cookieless, aggregated analytics that set no cookies and build no profile of you. We also offer Google Analytics (GA4) — but it is off until you opt in: analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept” on our consent banner. Decline (or ignore) it and no analytics cookies are stored; you can withdraw anytime, which disables it and clears those cookies. Essential functionality never depends on cookies.

Your choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we have. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell their personal information — we do not sell it in any case. To make any request, email hello@artwerks.ai.
