Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of artwerks.ai, the Artwerks client portal, and the billing pages operated by Artwerks LLC. By using the Services you agree to them. The specific work Artwerks does for a client is governed by a separate written services agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

The Services

• artwerks.ai is an informational marketing site.
• The client portal is a secure, invite-only environment where clients view their engagement — proposals, projects, approvals, and invoices.
• The billing pages let clients review and pay invoices through a third-party payment processor.

Accounts

Portal access is provisioned by Artwerks for clients. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@artwerks.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Billing & payments

• Invoices are issued through the portal and are due on the terms stated on each invoice or in your services agreement.
• Payments are handled by a third-party processor; by paying, you authorize the charge and agree to the processor's terms. Artwerks does not store full card numbers.
• Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Services — no attempts to breach security, disrupt the platform, access data that isn’t yours, or use the Services unlawfully. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the platform or other clients.

Intellectual property

Artwerks retains ownership of its platform, frameworks, reusable modules, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your own business data, brand, and organization-specific content. Custom work is governed by your individual services agreement.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artwerks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. We may update them; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Questions: hello@artwerks.ai.
